[Condor-users] COD broken from 6.7.4 to 6.7.6 -- already fixed for 6.7.7

preemptive warning:

someone reported a bug in condor's "computing on demand" (COD) support
in 6.7.6.  yup, it's a bug. ;) the bug was introduced in 6.7.4.
there's no work-around, except to use a 6.7.3 execute machine to run
the COD jobs.  i already fixed the bug, so the other option is to
upgrade to 6.7.7 (whenever we release that, sometime in the next week
or two)...

sorry for any trouble this might cause, but just wanted to warn any
potential COD users out there.
