condor_store_cred is trying to talk to the condor_schedd...which isn't
there.

Try re-installing 6.6.10, turn up the level of debugging output (see
http://docs.optena.com/display/CONDOR/How+To+Increase+Debugging+Messages
), and look at the MasterLog to see why the condor_schedd isn't
starting.
