sir,

when i submit job using globus-job-run it works well.

e.g i had run this command to check is globus working
or not.

[waris@Comtec3 vdt]$ globus-job-run
Comtec3.niit.edu.pk:33050:/O=Grid/OU=GlobusT
est/OU=simpleCA-comtec3.niit.edu.pk/OU=niit.edu.pk/CN=waris
/bin/date

This sounds like a problem with your Globus
installation. Do you get  
a similar error if you try to submit a job using
globus-job-run?
