Well, it depends on exactly what you mean by "naming" the job.  You
can't do something like specify a given cluster ID for your job.

You can, however, do something like this:

    condor_submit -a '+my_job_name = "foobar"' <submit_file>

(note the "+")

and then:

    condor_rm -const 'my_job_name == "foobar"'

The -constraint flag works on a number of commands, including condor_rm,
condor_q, condor_hold, and condor_release.
