Hi Priya,

CONDOR_CONFIG is an environment variable and is set as follows:

BASH:
export CONDOR_CONFIG=<path to condor config>

CSH/TCSH:
setenv CONDOR_CONFIG <path to condor config>

In order for condor to work properly you must set your CONDOR_CONFIG
environment variable to point to your condor configuration file:
/usr/local/condor/etd/condor_config before running condor daemons
