Just a note for the list. Condor on windows does not dynamically
create a 'condor' user. it dynamically creates a user which by default
is called condor-reuse-vmX where X goes from 1 to whatever you need.
The 'condor' account is normally used in the *nix condor world for use
by the main daemons such as the startd. The install process may create
