To add, we are running a production system with 32-bit condor binaries
on a 64-bit master node, with compute nodes being a mix of 32 and 64-bit
nodes.  All condor binaries are 32-bit.  Vanilla jobs work fine, taking
into account the ARCH and OS attributes of the job and node as
appropriate, of course.
