[Condor-users] about condor_status

Hi,

After to install condor like "full installation" and
being my machine the central machine. I execute
condor_master command to start condor. After, I
execute condor_status. Passed a few seconds, it shows
this error:

[condor@grid1 condor-6.6.11]$ condor_master
[condor@grid1 condor-6.6.11]$ condor_status
CEDAR:6001:Failed to connect to <10.95.24.20:9618>
Error: Couldn't contact the condor_collector on
localhost. 

Extra Info: the condor_collector is a process that
runs on the central 
manager of your Condor pool and collects the status of
all the machines and 
jobs in the Condor pool. The condor_collector might
not be running, it might 
be refusing to communicate with you, there might be a
network problem, or 
there may be some other problem. Check with your
system administrator to fix 
this problem. 

If you are the system administrator, check that the
condor_collector is 
running on localhost, check the HOSTALLOW
configuration in your 
condor_config, and check the MasterLog and
CollectorLog files in your log 
directory for possible clues as to why the
condor_collector is not 
responding. Also see the Troubleshooting section of
the manual.

I think that the reason is about my localhost and the
localdomain. When the installation asks me about the
centralmanager, it shows me [localhost.localdomain
localhost] by default, but I think that condor should
detect [grid1.hi.inet] by default, shouldn't it?
However, if I execute hostname command, it responses:
"grid1", but the localdomain I dont know. someone can
help me?

Other question: Making full installation...when do the
installation asks me the name of the condor's pool? I
dont see it.
