[Condor-users] problems getting Quill running

Hi all,

	I know I have GOT to be doing something wrong here.  I'm trying to  
get quill running, but have had no luck.  I'm running condor 6.7.13  
across all our hosts.  I set all the various configuration variables  
on the host that's acting as out collector/negotiator/schedd.  (small  
scale setup for the moment).  (all UNIX/Linux hosts of various  
flavors.)  And Postgres 7.4.  I checked the archives, and google, and  
have so far found no leads.

	I added QUILL to the DAEMON_LIST, and when I restart condor,  
condor_q and related tools seg fault.  Below is output from the  
QuillLog on the host.
