Conor,
These updateExprTree are attempting to update the ClassAd attributes
for the job. Do you have the Starter log from the execute node this
job was running on? That shadow gets the information about what's
happening with the Job from the starter, so that's a good place to
start. As far as items that might cause the job to fail, looking at
file permissions, missing libraries, etc. depending upon what the
StarterLog says happened around 11/17 16:30:35. The userlog for your
cluster 233 should contain the information about which machine the
233.0 job was executing on at that time, so you can get the right
StarterLog.
