[Condor-users] Testing quill++

I'm running Condor 6.8.0 on a small cluster of test machines, and I'd like to install quill++ to test out some of its features.  Quill is useful, but having separate databases for each schedd limits a lot of the work I'd like to do.  I haven't been able to find any download information on quill++ (remarkably difficult to search for things with ++ in the name.)  Is there anything available for testing at this point, or am I out of luck?
