For [ba]sh:
 PATH="${PATH}:/home/condor/bin:/home/condor/sbin"; export PATH

For [t]csh:
 setenv PATH "${PATH}:/home/condor/bin:/home/condor/sbin"

Exactly where to stick it depends on what you want to do:
 /etc/profile (bash), /etc/csh.login (tcsh) if you want it for everyone,
 ~/.bashrc., ~/.cshrc -- for individual user(s).
