Hmm -- it looks like DAGMan is not correctly "seeing" that you are 
queueing multiple jobs.

Could you please tar up all the files related to your DAG (the DAG file
itself, the node submit files, simulation_550.log, etc.), and send
them?

I think it *should* be possible, but obviously something is going wrong.
