nope - and this is asked sufficiently often that may I suggest an
entry in http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/manual/v6.9.5/7_Frequently_Asked.html
is in order
If you search the list archives for the last month or so you will find
a few threads on the subject with some decent suggestions of
workarounds. None qualify as easy (though several are simple) and
remote submission prevention is often not prevented...
