[Condor-users] Preventing job submission, but allowing existing jobs in the queue to be processed

Hi all,

This might sound like a newbie-ish question, but is there an easy way
to prevent jobs being submitted to the queue, but allow everything
that already exists in the queue to be processed?

Is the command "condor_off -all -peaceful" what I'm after or something else?
