[Condor-users] Condor 6.8.3 on Windows

I have some Windows XP machines that are giving me a terrible time getting condor running properly
Yet, another XP(64) machine has no problems.
The manager machine is on our LAN, it's an OS X 10.3.9 machine running 6.8.3

Although the daemons are running, condor_status returns no information , it just echoes a blank line ( Windows firewall is off)
