You can use the EmailAttributes setting - they don't appear to be properly documented, so this might be as good as the documentation gets:

If you know where the output is going to go, you could set something like

+link_to_output = "http://www.yoursite/com/job-xxxx/output";
+EmailAttributes = link_to_output

in your submit file.
