Are you timing this from when you submit to when it finishes  
executing? As Rob said it should be pretty much identical.

Can you put some details from the log files into this and then we can  
take a look.

The LoadAvg is a measure of how much work the processor has at that  
time, I think its a bit complicated but the long and the short of it  
is that its the number of processes in the wait queue to be  
serviced.  Ideally, I think you want the value to be about 1.0. I'm  
not sure if this relates directly to Windows because my experience in  
Linux but I imagine its pretty similar.
