It's just when the DAGMan process happened to run out of file descriptors.
Part of the problem right now is that the log reading code is not
super-smart, and it keeps all of the log files open (if you have multiple
log files for the various node jobs).
We are currently in the process of changing this behavior in the
developer series. On Win32, the log reading code will not keep the log
files open... hopefully this will help for future releases.
