Re: [Condor-users] Condor 7 + Windows Vista user policies

Greetings,

I am in a very similar situation as Thomas, but I have a mixed pool with
Windows and Linux machines. We need for the users to be able to submit
from their windows machines to other Windows and the Linux machines. Do
we run the condor_credd on only the central manager? Does it run only on
all the windows machines? It is not clear to me how this needs to be set
up. I looked at the condor_config.local.credd file. Where does it go? On
all the clients? Or just the credd host?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Jeff

Are you talking about the account you are using to run the Condor
service, or the account you are using to submit or run the jobs your
give to Condor?

Also, are you running the condor_credd daemon?

thanks,
Todd
