I solved the problem by storing user credential to myproxy server
with this command :

myproxy-init -s 192.168.0.3 -x -r "/O=Grid Elektro
ITS/OU=Globus/OU=simpleCA-blade3.bagong.grid.computer.ee.its.ac.id/OU=grid.computer.ee.its.ac.id/CN=tonny
kusdarwanto" -k condorg -c 1440 -l root

I added option -l root because in my case Condor-G run as root.
then I disable MYPROXY_SERVER_DN in submit description file.

Is that good solution ?
