Re: [Condor-users] Maximum value for MaxJobRetirementTime?

MaxJobRetirementTime must be an integer. The maximum value is the maximum value is 2147483647 on 32-bit systems and 9223372036854775807 on 64-bit systems.

It really ought to at least accept floating point numbers, but currently it doesn't. I'll look into having ClassAds do this conversion in general when evaluating integers.

What's the largest value I can set for MaxJobRetirementTime on a startd?
Can it only take integers? Is it different between Windows based
startd's and Linux based startd's? Can it take an exponential value like
1.0e100?

Thanks!
