You should compare Condor's reported CPU usage to usage you've measured
for your jobs to ensure they correlate and convince yourself they're
accurate before relying on them. What you do as your job on the remote
machine may or may not be trackable by Condor. For example: I'm not sure
Condor's CPU measurements will be accurate if your job process forks
threads.

Ultimately: if you want something accurate and reliable I'd take your
measurements outside of Condor as part of your job.
