Hi,

  I'm not familiar with your network environment. So I can only give
you some suggestion, maybe you should check the following things.

 1. Your fireware. Have you opened up the 9618 port of your central manager?

 2. Your log files of all the three PCs to track where the error is.

 3. The condor_config files. You'd better add "HOSTALLOW_WRITE=*" in
all your PCs and "ALLOW_WRITE=*" on your central manager.

 Hope these help.
