Re: [Condor-users] PC configuration for a manager of a Condor grid

I personally will leave the central manager on a dedicated system, doing
nothing but scheduling jobs that is how we have it setup in my
environment, our negotiator machine is a 2.8 GHz INTEL single processor
with 1 GB RAM, maybe that will help.
Good luck.
Alex

Hi Alex

I saw this page but I'm looking not only for minimum specs. I'm also
looking for some feedback. I want a pc that can perform the manager
tasks fine for the grid. Reading the minimum specs, a Pentium III PC
with a 10GB Hard Disk may work, but I guess it may not perform fine
the manager tasks in the grid.
