I have checked the machines and there
are no firewall enabled. Remind that the CM is a linux machine and the
executors and schedulers are Windows machines. In another pool based only
on Windows machines that were cloned from one of the first pool, jobs have
run successfuly.
Any hint?

We've seen this issue b4, and however odd this may
sound, please verify
your firewall settings in case you are using something other then the
windows-fw. 

For a temporary test, you might try disabling just to see if a job
runs.
