You can probably ignore the hostname and MAIL errors if you're not planning to make this machine part of a larger Condor pool.

As for the libnss_compat.so.2 relocation error, it looks like you need Condor binaries for a flavor of Linux closer to Ubuntu 11.10. Where did you get the Condor package from? If it's a tarball, what's the filename?
