[Condor-users] Flocking with Group Quotas

Hi all,

Anyone out there have any experience flocking jobs between negotiators
where one has group quotas enabled and the other doesn't?

I would assume jobs coming from non-group sources would be negotiated
for as regular users on the negotiator with groups.  However, do jobs
that have a group and user (e.g. "group_x.user1") get flocked elsewhere,
and if so, are they just negotiated for as "user1" or do they somehow
contribute to the "group_x"'s usage in the main negotiator.
