Hello Klaus,

My tests of this feature also fail to succeed.

Until this is fixed, I suggest setting the environment of the cron job
using STARTD_CRON_TEST1_ENV.

TEST1.cmd echoes to a file the result
of the MSDOS "set" command and I am not finding any such environment
variable.

endlocal
