Doesn't it

STARTER_ALLOW_RUNAS_OWNER               = TRUE

EXECUTE_LOGIN_IS_DEDICATED              = FALSE

do the same thing on Linux? That's what I do to run jobs as owner, as opposed to run as slot_user.
