So far I was only testing with manual Condor [re]start, workstations are
not being restarted. I didn't have any luck with 7.4. Did a brief test
with 7.6 and it seems to work fine, i.e. worker node is registered by
its external IP. Interestingly, this also works fine on one of the older
DHCP-configured workstations which still has Condor 6.9...

I'm upgrading the entire cluster to 7.6 now.
