What's the value of the HoldReason attribute? You can find this with:

condor_q <username> -format "%s\n" HoldReason

where <username> is the name of the submitting user (e.g. bcotton)
(note that this command will give you the HoldReason for every job
that has it set. If there are many jobs, you may want to use the
-const argument to provide a narrower list of jobs)
