[HTCondor-users] HTCondor 7.9.2 released

Hello,

The CHTC is pleased to announce the next HTCondor release in our current development series, 7.9.2.
This release contains all of the bug fixes in the 7.8.6 stable release,  and most of the bug fixes in the soon to be released 7.8.7 stable release.
New features over the 7.9.1 developer release include:

• Now with more HT!  (The product formerly known as Condor has been renamed to HTCondor, but rest easy. This does not affect the names of any of the daemons or tools)
  
• Execute directory permissions have been tightened, such that only the job owner can access the directory.
• Job memory limits based on using cgroups have been added.
• DAGMan now takes control of the email notification process, so you get email on DAG completion rather than on individual nodes.
• Partitionable resources allocated, requested, and used are now summarized in the job log's terminate event.

NOTE: This version of HTCondor does not work with glexec.  If you use glexec please do NOT upgrade to this version!
