[HTCondor-users] What is the most efficient way to get status change event for all Jobs in condor?

Subject: [HTCondor-users] What is the most efficient way to get status change event for all Jobs in condor?

Should I write a daemon to monitor all jobs log file and analyze their content?
I also have to monitor shared file system for new log file?
How can I know all Jobs status changed?
