condor_q -run will give you that information: e.g.

$ condor_q -run

946396.2   nwp          2/1  15:42   0+00:02:02 slot1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So you see that job 946396.2 is running on luigi

Try condor_ssh_to_job, and run /bin/pwd there.
