Thanks for both of your support! 
I have already bookmarked both the sites and it is going to be useful for us!

My another question is - while submitting the MPI job, how do I supply a "machine_count" value that will not block?
i.e. if I ask for 50 machines and if they are not available, my job is going to block until 50 are free.
Instead, I would prefer to first figure out the number of machines that will tentatively be available and then fire my job with correct "machine_count"
Is there an option to fire an MPI job that will run on all free machines available at that time without blocking?
