Hi,

I am getting started with condor on a linux/osx pool. While trying to limit
memory usage according to

https://condor-wiki.cs.wisc.edu/index.cgi/wiki?p=HowToLimitMemoryUsage

I noticed that condor_q always reports 0 for SIZE, and condor_q -long
reports 0 for ImageSize_RAW and ImageSize. Is this normal?
