[Condor-users] problem with condor_submit authentication

Anybody know why exactly one user would get the following from
condor_submit?

[xxxxxx@yoda Ecoli]$ condor_submit gentigcondor_job1
Submitting job(s)
ERROR: Failed to connect to local queue manager
AUTHENTICATE:1003:Failed to authenticate with any method
AUTHENTICATE:1004:Failed to authenticate using FS_REMOTE
