Hi Jason,

HTCondor attempts to hint to the kernel that its processes should *not* be killed by the OOM-Killer (and, indeed, it tries to increase the likelihood that the job processes are killed).

That logging message indicates the glidein doesn't have permission to make this adjustment.  That's fine - I checked the code, and it's just a warning.
