I just tried to download the same file and had success. Later this morning, I'll consult with our infrastructure guys and see if I can find anything in the logs here.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

In fact, I do get the same error when wanting to download any other Condor installation package.

Is there something wrong at my end? I have tried both Firefox and Chrome, to no avail.
