[HTCondor-users] condor_cold_start gone?

Just updating my local documents. I had noted condor_cold_start as a 
method of deployment; this is mentioned in the 7.9 manual but not the 8.0.

Has it been removed? I don't see any reference to it in either the 7.9 
or 8.0 version history.
