[HTCondor-users] condor_schedd prehook

I would like to test for request_memory for all jobs being submitted in our environment. Sometimes, I see users do request_memory=40000 which is impractical (and impossible, since most of our condor_startd hosts have 8G of memory)  so I would like to warn them when they do a condor_submit (or condor_submit_dag). What is the best way to achieve this?
