[HTCondor-users] ERROR "Ran out of system resources in auto allocation"; cannot use more than 16 cores on Windows?

I just got a new Windows 7x64 machine with 32 cores and 32GB memory. I installed HTCondor to use an existing pool on drive C: which has 148GB free space, copied in our local condor_config file and rebooted, but I get this error in the StartLog.

I figured out when I limit the machine to 16 cores in the condor_config, everything's fine, but I'd like to use all 32 cores. Possible?
