Perhaps someone should explain the EPEL maintainer how packaging a
development version in a way that conflicts with upstream stable may not
be the brightest idea... The good news is EPEL is missing
condor-externals rpm so yum will complain instead of automagically
updating to 8.3.


Hi Dimitry,

I just sent a mail on epel-devel to ask why they included it in EPEL, provided there are already official repos for both stable and devel, supporting el5, 6, 7.

Will keep you informed if I receive any answer.
