Hi,

When others and I have done it before, we'll always initialized the htcondor cgroup in cgconfig as having no/limited swap and then restarted  the cgconfig service.

It seems to work well.

I am testing 8.3 series at work. I wonder if there is any documentation about limiting swap usage via cgroups? The PROPORTIONAL_SWAP_ASSIGNMENT=true works but I would like to remove or limit swap usage to minimum.
