[HTCondor-users] Question--Is it feasible to fix SCHEDD IP Address/Port?

My goal is to have a fixed combination for web service invocation for which no query or file lookup is necessaryâ I see that SCHEDD_ADDRESS_FILE can be written to, but this is not my goal...
