[HTCondor-users] Retiring Platforms

When we start development on the 8.9 series, we plan to drop a few
platforms:

ÂÂÂ Red Hat 6, Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty Tahr), and 32-bit Windows

These platforms will still be in the in the upcoming 8.8 stable release,
which will be supported into 2020.

New development will be able to take advantage of the C++ 11 standard
and other newer technologies.

Let us know if this will be a hardship for you.
