Tim,
	I don't see a python3-condor package in the 8.8.1-0.460557.el7 pre-release for RHEL7, or an obvious python3 ticket in the 8.8.1 list (https://htcondor-wiki.cs.wisc.edu/index.cgi/rptview?rn=56&Version=080801). Have python3 bindings been deferred to 8.8.2?
