OS is Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.720)

As you will no doubt be checking your own log files, I will hold off sending you mine, unless you specifically need them.

Quick update:

I was able to reproduce the permission denied errors on the encrypted folder on my Windows 10 laptop.

Investigating....
