Well, let's see if this approach will hold one we get this simple case
going and we add GPU jobs and interactive jobs into the mix...

But I think NOT placing the $ here is correct, as it (implicitly)
references a machine class ad from the startd, i.e. MY.MinRunTimeHours

as can be seen from the debug logs (when putting in "MY." explicitly):
